1-PART Pourable Penetration Sealant

The ChemLink 1-PART Pourable Penetration Sealant is a high-performance, moisture-curing, self-leveling polyether sealant engineered specifically for use in pitch pans and warranted ChemCurb® and E-Curb® penetration seals. This advanced, solvent-free formula is designed to provide a permanent, watertight seal on a wide variety of roofing substrates.

Formulated with resilient elastomeric properties, 1-PART delivers excellent adhesion to most construction materials and features a low durometer, allowing it to accommodate significant joint movement without failing. Its unique chemistry is safe for damp surfaces, will not out-gas or bubble like urethane sealants, and will not shrink upon curing.

Designed for all-season performance, 1-PART can be applied in damp, dry, or cold climates at temperatures as low as 32°F (0°C). It is UV stable, will not "suntan" (yellow) over time, and is paintable after 24 hours.

• Compatible with a wide range of roofing membranes:
  • SBS-Modified Bitumen/BUR
  • APP with Granulated Target
  • Single-ply Membranes (EPDM, PVC, TPO with TPO primer)

Installation Guidelines:

1. Surface Preparation: Clean all bonding surfaces of contaminants, dirt, oil, and loose gravel. Wire brush penetrations. Seal the base of penetrations with M-1® coating 3" from the base and 1" above the curb.
2. Application: Pour 1-PART to fill the entire ChemCurb/E-Curb, maintaining a 1" distance between the penetration and the curb edge.
3. Curing: Skins over in 20-50 minutes; cures completely in roughly 24 hours. Protect from rain for at least 4 hours. Tooling (if needed) must be done within 15 minutes.
4. Compatibility Note: Requires TPO primer for TPO membranes. Not compatible with Hypalon.
