Fast-Drying Vapour Barrier Primer for Concrete
Gripset Xpress Primer H2O Plus is a unique 1-component vapour barrier primer specifically engineered for use on concrete, screeds, and mineral surfaces. This advanced formula forms a durable vapour barrier to prevent blistering and delamination of membranes caused by residual dampness and surface moisture. With its outstanding penetrating and adhesion properties, it significantly enhances the bond of overlaid coatings and finishes.
Key Features & Performance
Featuring fast-drying properties, this unique vapour barrier utilizes a colour-changing effect to indicate drying progress. It is applied as a milky white liquid, transitions to a light green tinge during the curing phase, and dries completely clear when ready for overcoating. Unlike traditional coatings, Xpress Primer H2O Plus maintains the natural surface properties of concrete, ensuring membranes and adhesives bond exactly as intended.
