Solvent Based Topical Sealer for a Wet-Look Finish
Uni-Seal is a premium solvent-based topical sealer designed to provide a vibrant, wet-look finish while offering a protective coating for various surfaces.
- Versatile Application: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

- Note: Not recommended for use in wet areas like showers or pool surrounds.
Where to Use Spirit Uni-Seal
- Textured Surfaces: Internal and external porous tile, stone, and concrete.
- Natural Stone: Slate, Travertine, Limestone, Marble, Granite, and Sandstone.
- Masonry: Terracotta (excluding garden pots), concrete pavers, terrazzo, and tessellated tiles.
- Floors: Interior and exterior concrete floors.
Application Restrictions
- Do not use on smooth ceramic tiles or polished porcelain.
- Avoid wet areas (bathrooms, shower floors, water features, or swimming pool surrounds).
Expected Wear and Maintenance
Performance depends on weather conditions and cleaning methods. Harsh chemicals (alkaline, acid, or solvent-based) will reduce longevity. Under normal conditions, Uni-Seal lasts up to 2 years. High-traffic areas may require reapplication every 6-12 months.
Coverage Rates
Approximate coverage for 2 coats based on surface porosity:
- Sandstone & Limestone: 6-8 m² per litre
- Terracotta, Slate & Granite: 8-10 m² per litre
- Marble & Travertine: 10-12 m² per litre
- Terrazzo & Tessellated: 12-15 m² per litre
Available in 1lt, 4lt, 10lt, and 20lt drums.
