Recommended Applications

Perfect for internal and external porous tiles and stone, including:

• Natural Stone: Limestone, sandstone, marble, granite, slate, travertine, and quartz (non-polished).
• Porous Materials: Terracotta tiles, clay pavers, and concrete pavers.

Application Constraints

• Not suitable for non-porous or dense tiles with very low porosity.
• Do not use on glazed tiles, polished stone, or Bluestone.

Expected Wear & Durability

Under normal conditions and proper maintenance, Spirit Premium Seal can last up to 10 years on internal surfaces and up to 5 years on external surfaces. Performance may be affected by weather conditions and the use of harsh or high-alkaline cleaners.

Coverage varies based on surface porosity and application method:

• Terracotta, Slate, Granite: 8-10 m² per litre
• Tessellated Tiles: 12-15 m² per litre
• Marble, Travertine: 10-12 m² per litre
