SikaHyflex-250 Facade is a premium 1-component, moisture-curing elastic joint sealant designed for high-performance sealing in building envelopes. Featuring Sika's advanced i-Cure® polyurethane technology, it is specifically formulated for concrete, masonry, and EIFS facades.
