Gripset BRW FG Sealing Tape is a professional-grade, double-sided fiberglass reinforced butyl strip. Engineered for demanding sealing and construction applications, it provides an instant, high-tack bond as a superior alternative to wet sealants. Ideal for fixing Waterstops and waterproofing accessories made from metal or plastic.

Installation Instructions

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of surface water. Unwind the BRW FG Sealing Tape and adhere one face to the substrate to form a tack bond. Remove the release paper and press surfaces together firmly to create a tight, compressed seal.

For adhering protection boards or core flute to BRW-HD membranes, apply tape to the board edges first, then remove the release paper and press firmly onto the membrane. Lapping protection boards should follow the same procedure.

Clean up: Excess material or offcuts can be removed as solid waste.
