High-Performance MS Sealant & Adhesive for Construction
Bostik Xtreme Flex is a premium, universal sealant and adhesive utilizing advanced MSP (Modified Silyl-Polymer) technology. Engineered for extreme durability, it cures via atmospheric humidity to form a permanently elastic rubber seal that withstands the toughest conditions.
Key Applications & Substrates
Ideal for both interior and exterior use, Xtreme Flex excels as a general-purpose sealant where superior flexibility is required. It is uniquely formulated for application on damp substrates, in wet conditions, and is certified for food storage areas and coolrooms. Compatible substrates include:
- Metals: Aluminium (COLORBOND®, ALUCOBOND®), Stainless Steel, Copper, Zinc.
- Building Materials: Concrete, Stone, Ceramic, Plasterboard, Cement Fibre Panels.
- Plastics & Synthetics: PVC, Polyurethane, HPL, and Hard Plastics.
- Specialty: Glass, Enamel, Wood, and various Paint Systems.
