High-Performance Polyurethane Waterproofing
Multithane Std is a single-pack, liquid-applied, moisture-curing, self-levelling waterproofing membrane. It cures to form a seamless, tough, and durable elastomeric (Class 3) barrier. Designed for versatility, Multithane Std bonds exceptionally well to most primed building substrates and is ideal for both above and below-ground non-exposed applications.

Formulated to inhibit biological growth and provide excellent chemical resistance, Multithane Std is available in Grey. For UV-exposed or high-viscosity needs, consider other products in the Multithane range (UV, HV, or HV UV).
Common Applications
Multithane Std is engineered to waterproof non-exposed areas in residential and commercial construction:
- Tiled Areas: Shower recesses, wet area floors, and upturns.

Substrate Compatibility
Suitable for concrete, cement render, FC/CFC sheeting, brick, blockwork, masonry, and metal (with etch primer). Note: Bitumen, timber, and particle board must be primed with Duram Primeseal. Particle board in wet areas should be replaced with CFC sheeting for optimal performance.
Coverage & Application
Apply at a rate of 1.5 to 2.0 litres per m² total (0.75 to 1.0 L/m² per coat). Ensure a minimum dry film thickness of 1.2mm across two coats to maintain the integrity of the membrane.
