Rugasol C is a high-performance liquid retarder specifically formulated for horizontal construction joints and surfaces. It is ideal for use in cooler conditions or low retardation environments, providing an economical way to obtain a mechanical key for “kicker” joints, renderings, and screeds on freshly placed concrete.
